How high do I need to jump in order to dunk?

To dunk a basketball, you need to touch 4-6 inches above the rim, that is, be able to touch at least 10'4" with both hands. If you can just touch the rim, or almost touch it, you may be very close to dunking already! A workout program is available which has helped thousands of players get over this hump, gaining crucial extra inches to get to dunking range. Many notable NBA players have used this training system.

What if I can already dunk?

So you can put the ball down, but can you do those wicked 360 aerial crams that make crowds go whoop and holla?  With this workout you'll get UP, and you'll be busting highlight reels on everybody.

Here's what it's done for these "ordinary" athletes:

"Using your program, I've added 13 inches to my vertical jump. My first dunk was in a game and the crowd went crazy...
P.S. I'm only 5'10"
B.Regiman, Chicago, IL

"I pulled off a 180° reverse slam after gaining 9½" in 2 months. Thanks! J. Schmidt, Minneapolis, MN

I just received your material and I can already jump a clean 4 inches higher. Thanks! D. Naringi, Fair Haven, NJ

Hint: Secret #4 is so powerful, it will add an 1-3 inches to your vertical the first time you try it!
