Orders by mail will be processed as soon as payment is made.  To find the order total, go through the shopping cart as if you were going to use a credit card, and before payment information you will be able to see your shipping options.  The shipping rates are based on weight and your location. 

Foreign orders may be delayed due to increased verification time, and we cannot ship to certain countries.  Contact will be made through email.  All foreign orders have to pay a import or brokerage tax upon delivery.  US Post mail charges import tax which varies based on your country.  UPS shipping charges both import and brokerage fees so it is more expensive - sometimes as much or more than the shipping charge.
